The Story

The Bloomfield Diaries started with a question: what would it look like to make art the way I used to — slow, hand-touched, one piece at a time?

Bloomfield Diaries
The Why

Why Stacie makes this

Years ago, before Gingiber became florals and tea towels, I was making a different kind of work. Encouragement pieces. Female-driven mindset lines. Words on paper that met people where they were.

Somewhere along the way, the business grew and that voice got quieter. The Bloomfield Diaries is me giving it back to her — a monthly place for the kind of art that started all of this.

This is the version of my work some of you have been quietly missing.

What Arrives
i.
One signed 5×7 art print print on 100% cotton paper
ii.

iii.

Quiet Questions
Things you might be wondering.
How do you choose the artists?
All prints are made by me: Stacie Bloomfield. This is a one-artist club, not a curation service. Each month I pull a piece from my retired archive: the work I made before Gingiber became known for florals and tea towels.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. Write me at classes@gingiber.com after you subscribe and I'll set up the recipient's address and a gift note for the first arrival. They'll get a letter from me letting them know who sent it.
What if I'm traveling when my mail arrives?
USPS First-Class will sit in your mailbox until you return, or you can put a hold on your mail via usps.com. If you'd prefer I delay shipping, write me before the 1st of the month and I can hold your print.
Are these original prints or open editions?
Signed art prints pulled from a limited edition: not one-of-a-kind originals, but each one is signed, numbered, and printed on archival paper.
How do you compensate the artists?
I AM the artist. This is a one-artist club run by me: every print is my own original work, made by hand in my Arkansas studio.
What sizes do prints come in?
All prints are 5×7. Sized to fit a standard frame, slip into a journal, or sit on a small shelf.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Write me at classes@gingiber.com and I'll pause for as long as you need. No pressure to come back on a specific date.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet: US shipping only. I want to get the first year right before adding customs complications.
What's your return policy?
Because each print is made-to-order and shipped, we don't offer refunds once an edition has gone out. You can cancel anytime before the next month's cutoff (the 12th) and you won't be charged again. If a print arrives damaged or never arrives at all, email me a photo within 14 days and I'll send a replacement. Light wear from the postal service is part of getting real mail and isn't covered.
How are prints packaged?
Each print is packaged in a cello sleeve with a backer board so it arrives flat, then tucked into a kraft #A7 envelope and sealed with wax. The whole envelope is the keepsake — I want you to want to keep it, not just open it.
