SnailMailHQ is operated by Gingiber LLC ("we," "us"). This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. Questions? Email hello@snailmailhq.com.
What we collect
- Account info: your name and email when you join a waitlist, sign in, or subscribe.
- Shipping address: needed to mail your prints.
- Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage data: standard server logs (IP, browser, page visited) for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To deliver the prints you subscribed to.
- To charge your subscription and handle pauses, refunds, and cancellations.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, shipping notices, account changes).
- To occasionally email you about your subscription. You can unsubscribe with one click.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with these service providers:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — secure database and authentication.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- The artist whose club you joined — your name and shipping address, so they can mail you the print.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists. Ever.
Retention
We keep your account info while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for tax, accounting, and customer-support purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@snailmailhq.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Virginia, and the EU/UK), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Email us and we'll take care of it.
Children
SnailMailHQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
