Canongate Clan

Snail mail is a monthly subscription of curated art treasures such as Art Prints, Cards, Postcards, Stickers and other paper products, sent in the post to your home to encourage slow connection.

Each month you’ll receive a hand-packed craft envelope which always includes an Art Print inspired but Scotland or Outlander and a letter about the current months theme. Other goods may vary from a selection of treasures from stickers, a card or postcard, bookmark or other surprises.

All mail is posted from Edinburgh Scotland on the 28th of each month, by first class stamp in the UK and international standard for international. Please allow up to 2 weeks in the UK and 4 weeks internationally for your letter to show up. If your Clan letter has not shown up in that time, please get in touch for a replacement or refund. Please note I can’t track any mail as letters are posted without tracking, hence the snail mail. I also hate when mail doesn’t show up so will do everything I can to help.

Order by the 21st to get the current months letter. All mail is posted 28th of each month.

Members manage their own account and can cancel or pause their subscription at anytime before their next recurring billing date. Also have the option to pause membership for 30, 60, or 90 days if life gets busy.

The Canongate Clan isn’t just another mail club, it’s a community for those who share a passion for Scotland, its history, and the world of Outlander. Created as a way for me to share my art, each month I’ll explore a new Scottish-inspired theme, creating artwork and special pieces for members to collect. Over time, your monthly letters will become a unique and beautiful collection, a little piece of Scotland arriving through your letterbox each month. And there’s something rather special about where those letters come from. I’m a Scottish artist living and working on the Canongate, right in the heart of Edinburgh’s historic Royal Mile, a place steeped in stories, characters, history and the inspiration behind the name Canongate Clan. My hope is that receiving your Canongate Clan letter becomes something you genuinely look forward to each month: a little moment of excitement, and a chance to collect something created by an artist right here on the Royal Mile.

I’m currently shipping to the UK, USA, Canada and Australia, Non EU. I’d love to ship to EU but there is legal requirements for me to do so. I need a EU representative to act on my behalf. I do ask that anyone from the EU is welcome to join my waitlist only (not subscribe) for the time being. If I have enough interest to ship to EU, then I will inform everyone on my social media and newsletter.

New members can join at £12/mo.
