Things You're Wondering
Who creates the art?
Brandy draws and designs everything in your Whimsy Packs. NOTHING is created with AI.
Is tracking available?
Tracking is not available. Each pack is mailed through the USPS without tracking. It is true snail mail, which is why there isn't additional shipping charges.
What happens if I don't receive my mailer?
Please allow 2 weeks from shipping date before you contact me about a lost shipment. It is SNAIL MAIL after all. I create a limited number of packs each month. I am happy to resend a shipment if I have extra packs. Please contact me hello@brandystarrcreates.com and let me know. If a physical copy isn't available, I will email you a digital version.
